These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Promptissimo service ("the Service") provided by European Trader, a company registered with R.C.S. Paris (France) (company number 109 279 836), with its registered office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France ("we", "us", "our").
By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("the Member", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by French law.

3.2 Billing
Payments are processed monthly by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on each billing date until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over a reasonable period. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or cancel your access.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a paid month, except as required by law (see Section 4).
4. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer (not buying for business purposes), under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you subscribe to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of subscribing. You will receive a refund within 14 days of our acknowledging your cancellation.
Important: by accessing digital content during the cooling-off period, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once we have started providing the content. We will still honour a refund as a goodwill gesture within the first 14 days, at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your access credentials with anyone outside your subscribed seats;
- Copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense any content from the Service;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems;
- Use scraping or automated tools to extract content;
- Post harassing, defamatory or unlawful content in the community space.
Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service — videos, written materials, prompts, templates, workflows, designs, software code — is owned by European Trader or licensed to us, and is protected by French and international copyright laws.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own professional or personal purposes during your subscription. You may use the prompts and templates in your client work without restriction, but you may not redistribute them as your own product.
7. Content Provided by You
If you submit content to the community space (comments, examples, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and adapt that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for content you post and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, AI tools and their best practices evolve rapidly, and we cannot guarantee that all information remains current at all times.
The Service is educational. Outputs you produce using AI tools and our prompts remain your responsibility. We are not liable for any business or financial decisions you make based on AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
9. Termination
You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to access the Service ends, but provisions concerning intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution survive.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via a notice in your account, at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to attempt an amicable resolution. For consumer disputes, you may also use the CMAP (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre) independent mediation service.
